Picked up at airport by our local friends Alexis (white shirt) and father Luis, we had to make a quick trip to our favourite watering hole, the Rincon Poeta (poet's corner) for a cold Imperial (Costa Rica national beer). Note the table tops made of solid slabs from trunks of tropical hardwood trees.
